Refund Policy
Registration cancellations must be notified in writing to the conference secretariat.
- Cancellations received 30 days prior to the conference start date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
- Cancellations received between 15 and 29 days prior will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 14 days of the conference start date.
